Human Resource Lab is an initiative of the AAEI. Collaborate with A Govt. Regd. organization Creative Mission Academy Society.

We are dedicated to support school organizers in establishing high-quality Educational Institutions. Our research-driven approach ensures the holistic development of schools, teachers and students through short-term and long-term programs.

With almost two decades of experience (since 2006), we specialize in academic excellence, teacher training; leadership enhancement and student skill development across all over Assam. Our Headquarters is located in Jayantipur, Darrang, Assam, serving as a Model Research Centre for innovative Educational practices.

♦ Both Assamese & English Handwriting (7 Days) – – Our service charges Rs. 30,000/- (20 pages worksheet free)

♦Joyful Mathematics Learning (4 Days) – – Our service charges Rs. 20,000/- (Covers Vedic Maths, Mathematical Tables, and Fundamental Concepts)

♦ English & Assamese Grammatical Foundation (7 Days) – – Our service charges Rs. 30,000/-

♦ Proper Phonetic Reading, Spelling Concepts & Creative Writing (4 Days) –– Our service charges Rs. 15,000/- (Includes a free 20-page of worksheet for all students)

2. On Teachers Training Programs

♦ Pre-school Training (4 Days) – – Our service charges Rs. 20,000/- (Trainee and trainer ratio maximum 40:2)

♦ Subject-Specific Training (English, Mathematics, Science & Social Science, 7 Days) – – Our service charges Rs. 30,000/-

3. On Classroom Monitoring & Management

♦ We conduct academic inspections for Classes I to X and provide detailed reports on the current academic conditions with major reform recommendations for improvement. (4 Days)

4. On Classroom Interior Design

These equipment’s are scientifically oriented and proven many students psychology reinforcement their engagement and reduces learning gaps.
