ADMISSION PROCESS
Admission Procedure for our Primary Section (Classes Nursery To V)
Our school follows a transparent and structured admission process to ensure a smooth and hassle-free experience for parents and students.
Step 1: Admission Inquiry
Parents can visit the school office or check the official school website for admission details.
An admission prospectus and application form can be collected from the school reception or downloaded online.
Step 2: Submission of Application Form
The duly filled admission form must be submitted to the school office along with the required documents.
Documents required:
Birth Certificate of the child (Original & Photocopy)
Recent passport-size photographs of the child and parents (2 each)
Aadhar Card of the child and parents (Photocopy)
Transfer Certificate (if applicable)
Report card of the previous class (if applicable)
Step 3: Interaction & Assessment
For Nursery & Kindergarten: Informal interaction with the child and parents.
For Classes 1 and above: Basic assessment in English, Mathematics, and General Awareness (if required).
Step 4: Admission Confirmation & Fee Payment
Selected candidates will be notified via call or email.
Parents must complete the admission formalities by submitting the required fees within the given timeframe.
Admission will be confirmed only after the payment of the first-term fee and submission of all necessary documents.
Step 5: Orientation & School Commencement
Parents and students will be invited for an orientation session to understand school policies and curriculum.
The new academic session will commence as per the schedule provided by the school.

Admission Procedure for our Upper Primary (Classes VI-VIII) and High School Section (Classes IX-XII)
Step 1. Obtain Admission Information:
Visit the official website of the school and contact the school office. Check admission dates, age criteria, and required documents.
Step 2. Fill Out the Admission Form:
Collect the application form online or from the school office and submit it within the deadline. Attach the required documents along with the form.
Step 3. Entrance Test or Interview (If Applicable):
Sometimes it becomes necessary to conduct an entrance test for admission to Classes VI-IX, covering subjects like English, Mathematics and Science. Sometimes, we may also conduct an interview with the student and parents.
Step 4. Merit List and Selection Process:
If an entrance examination is conducted, we release a merit list based on the entrance test or interview. Selected candidates receive an admission confirmation from the school.
Step 5. Payment of Fees and Document Verification:
Pay the admission fees and submit the necessary documents, including:
Birth Certificate
Transfer Certificate (TC) from the previous school
Previous Class Report Card/Marksheet
Aadhar Card (if required)
Passport-size Photographs
Step 6. Admission Confirmation:
Once all formalities are completed, the school issues the roll number and other relevant details. Classes commence as per the academic schedule.
